Financial transactions in an organization, for example payments to suppliers and employee salaries, are generated from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and require secure transmission to bank. The payment models have been evolving over the years which confronted transformations from the usage of manual payment methods, cheque, cards, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to Automatic Clearing House (ACH). Current models utilize Public key infrastructure methods for authorization procedures which require certification and verification of customer and payment information. The present case study proposes a consolidated model that has been developed and deployed using a centralized infrastructure enabling secured payment information exchange from various business units in an organization to the bank. The developed method achieves economies of scale and scope, provides set of standardized procedures that integrate multiple ERP applications deployed for various business units distributed over multiple geographies on a secured platform at a minimum reconstruction and waiting time. The model has proven effective leading to cost and schedule saving from 25 % to 75% and provides a plug and play platform to business units in an organization to exchange payment information securely with various banks.

Recent research indicates that more than 10 million of the overall population of adults and children in India are diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Additionally, out of every 68 children born, 1 is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lack of awareness as well as limited educational infrastructure, limits the integration of children diagnosed with Autism in schools and in society. ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) based interventions have been deemed to be the most effective in developing necessary skills that promote integration of children diagnosed with ASD in schools and society; however such intervention services in India are rarely available. Family members of children diagnosed with Autism therefore play an important role during rehabilitation process by teaching such children necessary deficit skills. A study done at an Autism clinic in India with 5 children showed higher rate (5 to 12 percent) of skill acquisition on a month by month basis when parents, specifically the mother, was trained on ABA procedures and started working with child on the same goals as those practiced at the Autism clinic. In this paper we propose an integration of electronic skill assessment tool, VB-MAPP (Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program), and web based training curriculum of 10 videos designed on ABA procedures for children of the school going age. The web based training curriculum will be designed incorporating cultural, language and affordability aspects related to Indian population and will be used by family members of the children diagnosed with Autism to upgrade their ABA therapeutic skills.

Individuals diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) often exhibit multiple challenging behaviors such as stereotyping, non-compliance, self-injuries, and aggression. The lack of a target behavior across schools, homes, and clinical settings not only impedes an individual learning on academic and self-help skills, but also disrupts their integration into school and society. To maintain the target behavior, the study successfully evaluated various reinforcement strategies. On the basis of a preliminary study conducted with a small group of children diagnosed with developmental disorders at an Autism intervention clinic in India concluded that video games can be used to strongly reinforce the expected behavior and reduce problematic behavior, successfully. Consequently, a survey carried out with various experts within India and abroad confirm that videogames designed on a tablet format are successfully used as strong reinforces during behavioral interventions. In view of these aspects, the present study proposes a multi-stage videogame design that is built with a user interface and smart algorithm allowing access and progression in the game based on a childs behavior data. The design establishes a contingency between reinforcer (videogame) and childs behavior thereby improving the acceptable target behavior.
